Ratio Utility Billing System (R.U.B.S.)
Bills are prepared allocating a portion of the community’s entire
bill to a single apartment unit based on the size, number of occupants,
and/or a combination of these factors.
Submetering
Bills are calculated based on readings from a meter which reflect the
consumption from each apartment unit.
Multi-Utility Bill
Bills can be sent with one to six different types of utility charges.
Different methods of calculation are available for each utility.
