offer billing services for any combination of water, sewer,
gas, electric, trash and pest control.
 Our
proprietary billing software is compatible with most submetering
equipment and also utilizes a variety of RUBS (Ratio Utility
Billing System) formulas. RUBS bills are calculated using
a combination of square footage, occupancy numbers, and/or
other factors. Residents receive a bill which reflects
their portion, as calculated by the RUBS formulas, of
the total community consumption.
