Managing the Process
Our system is designed to manage the process. Utilizing
a combination of technology and experience, Sierra works
to ensure the properties are billed timely. For example:
If a pre-bill is not approved on a timely basis by
the onsite team (perhaps due to a personnel change) an
email is automatically sent to the supervisor so bills
can go out on time.
A System of On-going Training
Properties are bought and sold, assistant managers become
managers, people come and go; our process of on-going training
keeps the ball rolling smoothly. Utilizing tools such as “Goto
Meeting” we are able to offer detailed instruction
anytime you have a new person in need.
Call Center
Our call center is ready to assist your managers and
residents. With a bilingual staff, we can handle the questions
and problems your residents may have. We encourage the
managers to refer all questions about the utility bills
to us.
